What do you charge for shipping?
- Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
- We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. For faster delivery, please contact us for a quote.
- Minimum shipping per order is $7.00
Books
- Minimum shipping is $7.00
- For multiple copies of books, shipping is 15% on orders under 10 books and 10% on orders for 10 books or more
Professional Development Kits
- Shipping charge is flat rate of $49.00 per kit
DVDs/Videos/CDs
- The shipping charge is $7.00 for a single DVD or CD-ROM
- Contact Just ASK for a shipping quote on orders of multiple DVDs and CD-ROMs
What about international shipping?
- You must receive a quote from us for shipping costs outside of North America.

What about FedEx overnight shipping?
- All orders must be received by 2:00pm EST M-F to qualify for overnight delivery.

What if I have questions about my order?
What is your return policy?
- All returns must be in original and/or unopened sealed condition.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
- DVDs, Videos, and/or CD-ROMs must be unopened.
- Items returned damaged will not be issued credit.
- Any return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
